Google, 1800-Flowers and Layer0

Google recently launched an initiative to encourage mobile site development: its goal is to provide businesses with the tools, guidance, and resources necessary to make a site mobile-friendly.

We are incredibly excited to be a part of Google's strategy for mobile - we believe the next step in the web is its availability everywhere, and we're determined to help it reach this goal. It's incredibly important that companies have a place to turn to when they're thinking of going mobile, and Google is perfectly placed to help.

Many of our customers have benefited from going mobile with Layer0. 1800-Flowers certainly saw the benefits of Layer0's technology. The core features of the desktop site work perfectly on the mobile site – things like the real-time local inventory and availability. Take a look at this video:
